The add-on package shares the same expiration dates as your base Revo Measure license.
If my Revo Measure software license expires, will the add-ons still be usable?
No. The add-on pack depends on a valid Revo Measure license. Once it expires, the add-on becomes inactive. Renew the license and buy a new add-on to keep using extended devices.
Can I transfer the add-on pack to different PCs?
Users can change their bound devices, but the total must stay within the package limit. Contact customer service at customer@revopoint3d.com to switch devices.
Are expansion packs eligible for return or exchange?
