1. Have sent 5 emails to Revopoint over the last 10 days and still no comment or response from them.
    Quick to take the money for an ender 5 pro and for a laser scanner but when you have a desire to buy something which is not on their web store they go missing in action and ignore you.
    I’ve been trying to buy a couple of USB/SD sticks but no one will respond, are they on a go slow strike or just ignoring customers.
    If this is the level of service one can expect perhaps, I will have to buy other equipment from other suppliers who take customer service seriously
