1. What is the Revopoint Rewards Program?
The Revopoint Rewards loyalty program is a program through which our customers (like you!) earn points on revopoint3d.com (excludes other third parties) Your Points unlock member benefits and can be redeemed for rewards. Just another way for us to say thank you to our customers and show how much we appreciate your loyalty.
2. How do I join the Rewards Program?
If you already have an account on revopoint3d.com, you are already enrolled. You can log in to your existing account.
If you do not have an account with revopoint3d.com, register an account now.
3. Does it cost anything to join?
Our rewards program is totally free and you can start earning rewards right away.
EARNING THE POINTS
1. Where can I earn points?
Members earn points at revopoint3d.com. Members must be logged in to their account at the time of purchase or during other rewardable actions.
2. When will I receive my points?
The points will generally be added to your account within 24 hours. For purchases on revopoint3dcom, the points will wait in your account until your order has shipped. Pending points cannot be redeemed.
3. What do I do if I believe the points were not properly credited to my account?
If you have questions related to your membership account, please contact Customer Service at customer@revopoint3d.com
4. Can my points expire?
Yes. Your accumulated points earned before our program officially launched (12/2023) will expire one year later. The points earned after our Program launch date will expire one year after the date they are unlocked. Your expired points would be deducted from your account.
5 Can tax or shipping fees be rewarded?
No.Calculation of points excludes payment by the Member for shipping charges and all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes.
6 What happens to my points if I return a product or an order is cancelled?
Any product that is returned or any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the points you received from that purchase. The points would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.
